Our chiropractic team offers expert care for patients experiencing acute or chronic pain, injury-related discomfort, or performance issues. We use a combination of Active Release Techniques (ART), Functional Movement Screening (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Dry Needling, and Sound Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (SASTM) to relieve pain and strengthen weak areas.

Active Release Technique (ART) is a movement-based manual therapy for soft tissue conditions related to overuse, including headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, and tennis elbow.

Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and Exercise & Postural Training restore mobility and prevent injury. Many daily activities contribute to poor posture and muscle imbalance. Our doctors use FMS to identify weak or tight muscles, then create custom corrective exercises accessible through your personalized FMS app portal. We track your progress and adjust exercises to support proper movement and strengthening.

Dry Needling targets myofascial trigger points using thin, sterile needles to release soft tissue dysfunction and improve muscle and fascial function. This technique serves as both a therapeutic and diagnostic procedure to restore healthy movement patterns.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, addressing chronic pain, or improving performance, our integrated approach provides personalized, results-driven care tailored to your specific needs.
